No. We prefer people who don't have bad habits from other sales jobs. What we look for is coachability, competitiveness, and work ethic. We have a full training program. If you show up and do the work, the pitch becomes natural within 2–3 weeks. Some of our best reps ever had never knocked a door before.

You're paid weekly on your accounts. Commission posts as accounts activate. There's no holding period for commissions — what you earn this week hits your account. Your team leader will walk through the exact pay structure on your intro call.

Morning team huddle, then you're in the field by mid-morning knocking doors in your assigned area. You work until early evening. On a good day you're closing 3–5 accounts. On a slow day, 1–2. The best reps treat it like a sport — they study their numbers, they debrief after each day, they compete against their own previous week. It's hard work. It's also the most meritocratic thing most people will ever do.

One thing: they don't quit after week two. Almost every rep who earns $30k+ in a summer had a rough first two weeks. The ones who quit early always do it right before the curve turns.
